We designed Arcadian so that reordering is simple and support is clear. The last thing you need is another complicated vendor program.
Here is how to keep product flowing and when to raise your hand for a deeper reset.
How reordering works
Depending on your setup, reorders usually happen in one of three ways.
-
Through our third party merchandising partner
Our merchandiser visits your store, checks the stand, and sends in a suggested order based on what is missing and what is selling. -
Through your Arcadian rep
Your rep reviews photos and sales history, then builds a reorder that keeps your best sellers in stock and introduces new designs where it makes sense. -
Directly from you
Some stores like to log in and place orders themselves. You choose quantities and designs, and we ship to your location.
In every case, the goal is the same. Full hooks, healthy variety, and a display that feels alive, not stale.
When to reorder
As a simple rule, you should reorder when:
-
Multiple hooks are empty in strong designs.
-
You notice customers asking for a state, theme, or color you are out of.
-
You are heading into a busy season such as summer tourism or fall hunting.
If you are unsure, send a quick photo to your contact and ask, “Would you reorder this yet” We are happy to give an honest answer.
When to ask for a reset
A reset is different from a reorder. A reset is a strategic refresh of what lives on your hooks.
Good moments for a reset:
-
Your local customer base has shifted and current themes do not fit as well.
-
You have had the same selection for a long time and want to freshen it up.
-
You want to lean harder into a specific story such as outdoor, patriotic, or tourist focused product.
A reset can be as simple as swapping a few slower lines for new ones, or as complete as turning the stand into a themed story for your region.
Reach out when you feel your display could be working harder but you do not know what to change. That is what we are here for.
